Orientation and Training

We provide orientation and training for new employees. This includes orientation to company procedures, safety and paleontology training for all technical personnel. We also provide opportunities for staff to increase their skill sets.

Field personnel have completed 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification, API WorkSafe Training, E-Railsafe Training and similar programs. Non-technical personnel are also provided training opportunities and professional development, including project management certification.
