Cogstone’s HPEM team provides consulting and training on all aspects of cultural resource protection:

  • Archaeological Resources Protection Act based value and cost determination

  • Investigation and damage assessment services for both criminal and civil cases
  • Damage assessment services for terrestrial and submerged resources
  • Review and analyze products of investigative and damage assessment services provided by other sources
  • Full range of pre-trial and trial services including grand jury and expert witness testimony
  • Training for all federal, tribal, state and other government agency law enforcement officers and archaeologists, as well as prosecuting attorneys, agency managers and other cultural resource staff members.
