GIS and Data Manager
Mr. Freeberg has over 20 years of experience in cultural resource management and has extensive experience in field surveying, data recovery, monitoring, and excavation of archaeological and paleontological resources associated with land development projects in the private and public sectors. He has conducted all phases of archaeological work, including fieldwork, laboratory analysis, research, and reporting. Mr. Freeberg also has a strong grounding in conventional field and laboratory methods and is skilled in the use of ArcGIS and prepares maps for Cogstone’s deliverables. He has experience with Native American consultation in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), Assembly Bill (AB) 52, and Senate Bill (SB) 18.
